Great host and good apartment with good location

Pros: The apartment is very nice, beds are good, shower too, and has what is needed. The place is walking distance to all the main spots. But mainly the host, Ivan, is great! He helps with everything we need and he was super nice and friendly, without being too much. I really appreciated all his advices and recommendations!

Cons: A microwave would be handy

Pros: Ivan was on hand when required and just a lovely person. Everything worked.. and had lots of space and blankets and fan for all temperature. And very safe. Felt well looked after. Great info.. and would happily go back in a heartbeat

Cons: Slight issues with badly made saucepans but no real issues.

Great place and value for money

Pros: Ivan probably one of nicest and most helpful hosts ever. Always replied straight away. Helped us out a lot. The apartment is clean, spacious and well organised. Would stay there again for sure.

Pros: Everything was perfect ! the host was beyond nice and available for us, giving us the best tips on his island ! We loved it so much there. The water of the shower is hot, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, with everything you need, basic and simple. You even have a kitchen but we did not used it. No noise at night. The hotel is very central and close to everything by feet, we had no trouble from the center around 10minutes walking, even at night. Taxi with him as well, and his dad waited for us right when we arrived from the airport and was also very friendly. Obrigado por tudo !

Pros: everything : beds kitchen bathroom (with hot water what wasnt the case during our whole trip in CV in other places) localisation and the kindness of the host !

Pros: Le propriétaire est super , il vous donne des conseils pour tout , si vous avez la moindre question il est réactif ! Appartement propre, l’emplacement est à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, l’endroit est calme

Pros: Ivan é stato un host molto attento e pronto ad aiutare in qualsiasi momento. L’appartamento è molto ampio, con 2 camere da letto, un bagno e una zona giorno. La zona è tranquilla, fuori dal caos delle vie centrali ma che sono raggiungibili in 10min di camminata. Mindelo merita la visita!

Pros: Da simpatia e disponibilidade do anfitrião. Logo à chegada o Ivan fez-nos um tour pela cidade para nos mostrar os principais pontos de interesse e enviou uma lista com sugestões de restaurantes e bares. Falou-nos sobre a cultura cabo verdiana e esteve sempre pronto para nos ajudar. Tivemos um problema com uma torneira que foi imediatamente resolvido. A cidade é segura e as pessoas são muito amáveis. O apartamento fica a 10/15 minutos a pé do centro.

Cons: Sugerimos a manutenção das cortinas Blackout.
