Comfortable, clean with kitchen

Pros: Very comfortable with well equiped kitchen, clean. Comfortable bed. Good location 10 min walking distance from the center.

Cons: Very bad water pression in the shower.

Pros: Nice place that is close to the senter . Very easy going owner which allowed us for a late check out .

Cons: Nothing special

Pros: Very spacious and clean. Ivan is very kind and gave us lots of advice.

Cons: small things, light not working, not enough bowls, weak WiFi but all these things will be fixed.

Pros: Friendly host. Great tips for são Vicente and santo antão.

Amazing place to stay in Mindelo

Pros: Really nice apartment in Mindelo. Quiet place but walking distance from the city center. Ivan, the owner gave us amazing tips when we arrived and during the whole stay. Amazing guy!

Cons: If I need to say something, wifi do not reach the room.

Pros: The accommodation was very spacious, clean and walking distance to the center of Mindelo. The host was excepcional. He gave us a quick ride around the city and suggested many spots for food and entertainment that made our experience 10x better. I’ll definitely return.

Perfect stay in Mindelo

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and clean and in a quiet and safe location near the city center. The real highlight is host Ivan. He went out of his way to make sure his guests enjoy Mindelo and the island of Sao Vicente. The first night he took us on a city tour and the also sent a list of good restaurants and places to see. He really knows everything about the island and is super responsive. Definitely recommend to stay here when in Sao Vicente!

Séjour exceptionnel

Pros: J’ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement à Mindelo, et je tiens à exprimer ma profonde gratitude pour la qualité exceptionnelle de l’accueil. Ce qui rend cet endroit vraiment unique, c’est la disponibilité, la sérénité et surtout l’immense gentillesse du propriétaire. Il m’a fait découvrir la ville lors d’un tour très agréable et a été en contact constant avec moi pour prendre de mes nouvelles et me recommander les meilleures adresses. Une attention aussi sincère et personnalisée est extrêmement rare. On ressent une vraie chaleur humaine dans cet appartement. Le propriétaire est toujours à l’écoute, excellent communicant, souriant et profondément bienveillant. Je recommande cet appartement sans la moindre hésitation à toute personne recherchant un lieu authentique, chaleureux et de grande qualité à Mindelo qui est à quelques minutes du cœur de la ville. Un endroit où l’on se sent accueilli avec le cœur.

Pros: Casa bem equipada com todas as comodidades. Boa localização e bastante tranquila. O Ivan foi um excelente anfitrião que teve a amabilidade de oferecer todas as recomendações para uns dias perfeitos em São Vicente.
