SeafrontView - Cozy T1 Apartment 2

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen is well equipped..I only had a bad experience the first night with the mattress which was very soft for my personal preference, but Luis the manager of the apartment was extremely kind to change the matress for another harder one which he had stored at his own apartment. I really appreciated that a lot and in general the attention of Luis was extraordinary and he gave me a lot of advices for the island too. Everything was easy going and uncomplicated and I had nothing to complain about the apartment itself and stayed there for more than two weeks in total.

Cons: The only negative thing to mention was that unfortunately there was some construction work going on just in front of the building so sometimes it was noisy during the day but that's nothing to blame the owner for.And during the day I was outside the most of the time so it didn't bother me that much. And at night it was very quiet, so If you are looking for silence at night u will definitely have it there.

Pros: Excellent apartment. I rented it for my business partner and he was satisfied. Friendly, sociable host. I recommend

Pros: L'appartement est dans un quartier moderne, et secure.

Cons: Sous l'appartement il y a un gros chantier d'excavation de roches, de 8h00 a 17h00 4 pelles piqueuses, bref il faut se lever tôt et rentrer après 17h00. De même le propriétaire faisait aussi des travaux pour 2 nouveaux appartement.

My stay was as peaceful as I had hoped it to be.

Pros: 1. Location: this apartment is in a safe, residential area. It took me less than 15 min to go downtown (Plateau) and cost me 250-300 escudos per taxi trip (approx 2.3 - 2.8 euros). 2. Ambiance: this apartment is exactly as pictured. Calm, functional, with a soft nice smell and a seaview. 3. Functionality: it had everything I needed for my stay: bedding, and kitchenware to cook and eat. There was even a small food container that I used to travel with my homemade cooking. 4. Entertainment: the tv has channels in Portuguese, a few channels in French, English and Spanish. 5. Host: He is kind, super friendly and flexible. I thought that the value for the money was outstanding. I would book it again.

Cons: 1. There wifi signal was interrupted at times - but I reported it prior to leaving. 2. The apartment bathes in sunlight in the morning which is great, but it tends to overheat around that time too. To manage this, I kept the blinds closed for a few hours and it worked out better.

Pros: Espaço Maravilhoso! Vista incrível! Foi uma experiência ótima!
