Absolutely wonderful Stay

Pros: Very spacious, clean throughout and elegantly decorated. It has a terrace that goes around the apartment with chairs and tables where you can have your breakfast and meals. The lady that manages the flat is always available and prompt in sorting out any issues .Flat is well located 10 mins walk to Palmarejo, restaurants and beach

Cons: Concierge is never at his post , sometimes when coming In late if there are any issues with the intercom or garage ,we have to stay outside for extended periods until he turns up.

Appartement top à recommander vivement

Pros: Appartement de style tres moderne ,avec des baies vitrées, très lumineuses pour les chambres. Les salles de bains bien équipées, très modernes. Salon_salle de cinéma. La cuisine très propre et bien équipée pour un petit déjeuner tropical, la machine à laver,planche de repassage.. La position de rez de chaussée avec jardin privatif et le coin de barbecue et table à manger. La disponibilité du parking sécurisé. Le calme dans une zone résidentielle haut standing ( résidences consulaires). Connexion Wi-Fi haut débit. La propriétaire accessible , très réactive aux besoins des clients. La gentillesse de ses collaborateurs.

Cons: Rien. Mais des efforts à faire pour maintenir l' hygiene des salles de bain ( tapis de bains, les receveurs de douche ,...)
