Elegant Modern Apartment with AirCond

Pros: Host is very fast to answer and very friendly. We've encountered some difficulties with water supply (be mindful that this affects the entire island!) and internet that were out of control of the host but he promptly managed to send help in our way to overcome the difficulties as best as possible

Cons: After a long trip/flight, we arrived quite late and with small children and there wasn't drinkable water (not tap water) at our disposable. It would have been good to have fresh water on arrival.

Pros: Space, 2 Big rooms, 2 bathroom, big kitchenette. Location is safe but a bit far from the center. I reommen d for group or Family or if you want Big Space.

Cons: Wifi was not stable sometimes.

A Perfect Home Away from Home

Pros: The apartment is so clean and colourful. Perfect home away from home. The beds are so comfortable. All the equipment we needed for dining, laundry, etc, was there. The host is very kind. I will definitely stay here again or refer people.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: This appartement is exceptionally. We felt like home. Very comfy appartement. Various good supermarkets near by. Also street sale of tropic fruits from here and fresh fish every day for cooking. Amazing views from the Roof terrace. Very good contact to João(host) and Lucette. Beaches can be reached by 10 -15 minutes walking from here. Good airco and beds.Kitchen equipped well.

Cons: Well, 2 times the elevator was out of order. But repaired both times within hours. Some sports to 5th floor :) But this can happen everywhere.

Spacious appartement, not long away from the beach

Pros: The appartement is spacious and clean, with the climatisation is perfect (really cooling off when it’s hot outside), a residential location so if you want something quiet it’s perfect

Cons: Nothing in particular everything was great

Nice , comfy and quiet place for stay. Good for longer stay!

Pros: Airco / Internet well functioning. Comfy couch and very good TV Certain supermarkets on main street with good choice of fresh food, meat, fresh bread , Wine and what is needed for self catering. Nice well working stove top and gas oven kitchen for self catering up to 3 person ID say. A roof top terrace, great for relax in evening breeze with a beer and look across Praia and into the Stars:-)

Cons: Kitchen was not eqipped with garlic press , normal Toaster, normal Filter coffee machine. Would be a nice add to the kitchen. Also a few more plates in case a family arrives. But for 1-2 persons equipment was ok.

amazing stay in Praia!

Pros: amazing new flat, super location and hosts are amazing

Pros: The apartment is well located, has everything one would need for their stay. Clean, spacious and modern, comfy beds. Walking distance to the best beach in Praia and some local shops. Best thing about our stay was the Picoteo Tapas Bar that is located on the ground floor basically at the same building - we spent all evenings there! Best staff, best tapas, best cocktails in Praia, an absolute mus visit.

Pros: Schoon en ruim appartement. We kwamen midden in de nacht aan maar dit was geen probleem. Host reageerde snel. Dichtbij strand en diverse restaurantjes en koffiebarretjes.

Cons: Er waren wat problemen met druk en temperatuur van het water maar ook daar reageerde de host snel en vriendelijk op.

Pros: La réactivité et la disponibilité de notre hôte qui nous a organisé le transport en soirée à notre arrivée. Logement propre, climatisé, spacieux et confortable.

Cons: L'ascenseur était en panne, le logement est au 5eme étage.
