Pros: I enjoyed 5 days at Barros Homestay, thanks therefore to Barros and his team. The place is safe and quiet, the bed was good and I had the best hot showers on Santiago.

Pros: Very nice host family, Jason is so welcoming, smiling, available and gives lots of advice on what to do in Tarrafal. And his wife is a great cooker, the breakfast was good and complete. The house is spacious, the appartment is big too, calm and clean. About 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to markets and restaurants. Great potential. I felt good :)

Cons: Il y a 2 chambres , une chambre est bien, bien éclairée, mais la deuxième chambre est sans fenêtre, donc sombre.. les sommiers sont des palettes de bois.

Pros: Très content de ce séjour dans une famille qui nous a très bien accueilli. Notre garçon a beaucoup joué avec Théo leur garçon du même âge que le nôtre. L'emplacement est bien situé avec un accès rapide à la ville.

Pros: Les hôtes sont adorables ! La maison est également très bien située et la chambre est simple mais il y a le nécessaire. Je recommande sans problème pour un court séjour à Tarrafal !

Pros: Jason y su familia fueron muy cercanos y acogedores. Nos dio buenas recomendaciones sobre el sitio y para las actividades a relizar. Nos ayudó en todo. Es un crack!

Cons: El alojamiento se encontraba un poco lejos del centro.

Adorable experience, great people

Pros: You are living with a local family and get to use their kitchen. You have your own room with bathroom, everything was provided. The family was really nice. I liked that he was in contact with me before I came to the apartment so he gave me a lot of information. He speaks good English I enjoyed a nice dinner with the hole family, they also invited me to the movie night :)

Cons: Was a bit hard to find, but I called him and we met in the city so he showed me the way. Breakfast was good but not soo much

Pros: La amabilidad de la familia Barros. Están encantados de ayudarte en todo lo que pueden y Jason se preocupa por ti y responderá todas tus dudas sin problema. Volvería a alojarme allí sin duda!

Cons: La cama y la almohada son incómodas, pero sucede en Cabo Verde en general, desde el punto de vista europeo 😉
