A TRUE GEM - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Pros: Wonderful location close to downtown. Big double room with an elegant bathroom. Excellent value for money. An incredibly nice and helpful host who prepares delicious breakfasts himself. Don't look further, book a Casa Fréd. MERCI :)

This is where you should stay in Mindelo

Pros: Finally, in 10 days in CV the right value for money. 🙂 spacious bed room, clean bathroom with nice running shower. Overall very decent facilities for the money. On top of that the host makes him self available to help, giving directions, calling a taxi, or making simple but very decent in included breakfast for the money. The location is good, on foot you can reach everywhere.

Cons: Not much really. Little details, maybe a couple hangers in the room for towels or things to dry up, the mattress could be a bit softer.

The Best in Cape Verde

Pros: Fred, the host was amazing. He was friendly, helpful and showed me around Mindelo. The room, bathroom and kitchen were top quality and I would give it a top ranking. Breakfast was also delicious. This was my favourite place in Cape Verde.

Estadia incrível na casa do Fred

Pros: Adorámos a estadia na casa do Fred. Fui com uma amiga e sentimo nos sempre muito seguras e bem acolhidas. O Fred foi extremamente atencioso, sempre preocupado com o nosso bem estar. O pequeno almoço foi preparado com muito cuidado e as sugestões de locais a visitar fizeram toda a diferença. Sentimo nos verdadeiramente em casa. Recomendamos.

Parfait

Pros: Fred est extrêmement attentionné et arrangeant, il nous a fait un tour de la ville. Le logement est très bien situé et on s’est senti en sécurité, même la nuit. Le petit déjeuner délicieux! Douche chaude!
