Good location for ferry travelers

Pros: Very helpful host and great location of the apartment.

Cons: In the near neighbourhood is located some kind of fabric or power plant which generates noises. Additionally, noises from the street (dogs barking) heard at night make difficult to sleep. There is a balcony but everything was covered by dust from the street.

Good place to discover Mindelo, peace and quiet at night, well equipped places.

Pros: A well equipped apartment close to the beach, with a nice view. A very friendly host who gives a lot of info on arrival and helps you to get there.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Well equiped kitchen and nice view on the bay. Good price/value ratio. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean, but toilet paper was being missed for some time. Owner is a friendly, helpful Italian senhor that can also speak English and French.

Cons: Contact mobile number on Booking's reservation is wrong, you should use number that will be sent to you in a long, informative message, only after you make reservation.

Pros: Proche de la plage et acces facile au centre ville. Immeuble calme er conforrable. Proprietaire qui fait tout pour nous etre agreable et de bon conseil. Le logement est bién concu pour la colocation avec d'autres.

Cons: Un colocataire rentrant a 5 heures du matin avec des 4 personnes et bruyants. Nous avons prevenu le proprietaire qû a tres bien reagi.
