Lovely staff foods amazing, pools needs some cleaning and toilets by the pool need some maintenance

Good but not a luxurious 5 star

Pros: Good location, easy transfer from airport. Spacious rooms, good pool, right on beach. Friendly staff. Very relaxed atmosphere, ideal for a quick break.

Cons: No robe or slippers in room, which is normal in a 5 star. Not shown round resort just given a map, several things not pointed out - minibar arrangements, massage available near to hotel. Think the reception staff need more training, food is very repetitive and quality varies.

Overall a relaxing stay

Pros: Quality of food from breeze snack bar was very good. Most staff were very helpful and welcoming. Facilities were good. Good quality WiFi.

Cons: Some food from main restaurant was undercooked or cold. Some staff (not many) were borderline rude and at minimum unwelcoming.

Pros: So I booked this hotel for my parents for a special occasion and when they came back they asked me to write a very good review, I answered to them that the hotel has many of good reviews, my father INSISTED to me to write this VERY good review because it was the first time they called their holidays perfect, from food, to people working there, everything…

Cons: They joked it wasn’t long enough

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food. Beautiful acommodation. Nice location. The evening entertainment was very tasteful. After dinners nice and pleasant walks to the centrum of Sal Rei which took about 25 minutes (there is an option to order taxi for the lazy ones .-) )

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Espaço fabuloso, desde a recepção ao apartamento, a piscina, a praia, os varios bares e em especial o teatro Todos os funcionários em especial os da Piscina e dos bares super atenciosos e profissionais . Sem dúvida um.espaco para voltar e recomendar !

Cons: Falta de capacidade de resposta dos funcionários da recepção ao ser solicitada um factura : logo no check-in foi solicitada a necessidade de emissão de factura , se possível nesse momento, após o pagamento. Fomos informados que so no dia seguinte, o que nos pareceu estranho, mas aceitamos, reforçando q iamos sair as 8am pelo q teria de estar pronta a essa hora. Qual a nossa surpresa quando no dia seguinte o colaborador que nem português falava nos indicou que de momento não seria possível e que iam enviar mais tarde por email. Só quando falamos em inglês e indicamos que iamos apresentar reclamação pois é inadmissível ter de esperar mais de 12h por um documento que é obrigatório por lei e que so aceitavamos sair com o recibo é que apareceu outro colaborador q sabia como emitir a referida factura. Claramente existe uma falha de formação dos funcionários da recepção pois nem todos sabem como emitir um recibo. Ainda a referir que embora o quarto e wc estivessem limpos, as toalhas de banho apresentavam manchas amarelas o que não é aceitável num espaço com a vossa categoria de 5 *

Pros: Assolutamente tutto. Camere, posizione , dimensioni, ristorante . Un ringraziamento a Gildo, di una gentilezza squisita.

Pros: Alles super! Kann es wirklich weiterempfehlen :) Was man sich bewusst sein muss, dass die Lage etwas abseits ist (ca. 25Min Fussweg ins Dorf). Mit Taxi oder für einen Spaziergang aber kein Problem!

Un bon séjour mais perfectible pour le prix.

Pros: La situation de l’hôtel et son structure de petit village.

Cons: Nous avons dû intervenir plusieurs fois pour qu’ils réparent une fuite en eau et finalement nous changer de chambre mais nous mettre en chambre supérieure. C’était nettement mieux. Et le restaurant est encore à améliorer.
