Great place, amazing food and comfortable

Pros: AMAZING food, great flavors and options. Lovely pool and rooms

Cons: At this level of high class hotels, ALL staff should smile and over achieve to make all other guests smile Some of the staff, especially in the bars and in the main restaurant was not negative, but should smile more and spark more happiness

We’ve loved our stay and would return.

Pros: Friendly staff. Good location. Good quality food and facilities. Comfortable bed and rooms.

Cons: It’s be good if the WiFi also reaches the hotel beach.

All in all very good apart from the sun bed problem.

Pros: All the staff were excellent . Entertainment very good. Room was serviced daily to a very high standard. Property kept very clean as well. Food in buffet restaurant was mostly good.

Cons: Food in the speciality restaurants was ok but had to wait 4 days before being able to reserve these restaurants which had to be done via the RIU app. If only there for one week could be you won’t get into all of them. My main problem was that if you didn’t put a towel on your sunbed before 9 am you would not get one. Rules are you shouldn’t do this but everyone does.

Prime location, great overall all inclusive experience

Pros: Prime location really close to the beach, very friendly staff, good pool, great all inclusive experience

Cons: Sometimes we did not have internet on our room or at the bar. Sometimes there wasnt any place on the sunbeds in the pools.

Cons: Le service moyen personnes très sympathiques et d'autres beaucoup moins pas de service bagages L'hôtel aurait besoin d'une remise à neuf

Pros: Nous avons été reçu à l Hôtel Riu Cabo Verde par le réceptionniste M Leonor que je remercie bcp qui nous a proposé un surclassement à l hôtel Riu palace Santa Maria . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour :L hôtel est top . Le personnel très acceuillant très aimable et très serviable . Les chambres sont très propres les piscines et les bars sont excellents . La nouriiture variée et de très bonne qualité . Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Riu palace Santa Maria .

Pros: Una estancia maravillosa! El personal es súper amable, la comida deliciosa y el hotel está impecable, muy limpio y cuidado. Claro, al estar en un entorno natural es normal ver algún bichito, pero no tiene nada que ver con la limpieza del hotel. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocos pasos de la playa, y ofrecen muchas actividades para disfrutar. Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable

Pros: Posizione vicino alla spiaggia Staff molto gentile e cordiale Cibo veramente buono e vario (anche per un italiano) Servizio bar buono Servizio asciugamani ottimo Wifi ottimo Pulizia ottima delle stanze

Cons: Stanze un po’ vetuste come tutta la struttura. Letto (almeno il mio) con materasso sfondato, davvero scomodo

Pros: Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en este hotel. La situación es privilegiada, acceso directo a la playa, habitaciones amplias y muy cómodas, el personal no puede ser más amable. Repetiré sin dudarlo
