Hotel Riu Palace Santa Maria - All Inclusive

an object worth recommending...

Pros: The facility is large and has a large number of guests. However, the good preparation ensures it doesn't feel crowded. The location is excellent. The food is typical of buffet cuisine, but delicious. The hotel is good for both short and long stays.

Cons: I haven't encountered anything that needs improvement...

Pros: Stuff, Beach, Volleyball, the Room, great variety in foods.

Cons: Service in the Italian restaurant.

Perfect holiday at Riu Palace

Pros: Everything! The hotel was amazing, great food with lots of options, brilliant staff, good entertainment, very clean, good sized rooms.

Cons: Sun beds aren’t the most comfortable

Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Pros: The food was excellent. Great variety, great chefs and food is fresh.

Cons: The price could be better. It’s better when booking a package holiday but expensive when booking the odd night or two. I would book more often if it wasn’t so expensive. We don’t drink alcohol a lot and are not big eaters so book the hotel for its comfort and location.

Great Holiday.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and most of the staff about 95% of them were great. Lovely rooms, food, hotel is beautiful. Great amenities , all inclusive is great. Special shout out to Daniella. We decided to extent our stay and she went above and beyond to sort this out. She is really amazing.

Cons: I made it clear that it was my birthday trip, there was nothing said or done to make it special. No one wished me a happy birthday and only when we extended out stay did one of the girls say “ oh it was your birthday on the 24th? Happy birthday.” They promised to send a bottle of bubbly to my room and yet nothing came. Secondly their cleaners start very early and make a lot of noise whilst we the customers are sleeping. You can hear them shouting and some days they are playing their music on speakers and their phones and you are forced to wake up! You are on vacation to have a lay in and rest not to be woken up but loud group conversations. Thirdly we decided to extend our stay and the lovely Daniella sorted it out for us. On the day to do so, a different girl ( a trainee) now told us the hotel was fully booked and went to ask her superior and he came to the desk, did not acknowledge us or greet us ( he is the only staff member that was cold and unfriendly ) and went on the computer and quickly said the hotel is fully booked. We asked for Daniella and she came and sorted everything out , and just like that the room that was not available was now available. Having stayed in Rui Palace Maldives and Rui Palace Mauritius I can say definitely the level is clearly different but not to fault the other amazing stuff. As a travel blogger, I have a great job to do an honest review vey soon.

Saint Valentin 2026 à Santa Maria

Pros: Nous avons ADORÉ le poulet barbecue servi à la piscine. Ainsi que toute l'ambiance festive qui règnait au sein de l'hôtel. Nous avons ADORÉ le caractère sans contrainte du All Inclusive. On pouvait se servir plusieurs fois et à chaque fois le personnel servait avec sourire sans aucun dédain. C'était vraiment for-mi-da-ble.

Cons: Nous n'avons pas apprécié le confort du lit jumeau dans notre chambre et la clim que nous n'arrivions pas à mettre en marche. C'est que le ventilateur qui fonctionnait.

Pros: Wow and wow. The staff amazing and plenty activities for a solo traveler. I really enjoyed my stay as everyone was super helpful…!

Cons: You have to look for the services by yourself…..

Pros: Nice hotel, but super big, walking to the beach takes 15 minutes. Lots of food varieties.

Pros: Las instalaciones, la limpieza, el personal y la playa

Cons: Por decir algo las distancias porque es muy grande el resort

Estancia de 10!! Volveremos!

Pros: Un hotel espectacular, super nuevo! Con todo lujo de detalle, el personal super amable y la zona de la playa maravillosa. Tenía un buffet super variado, 2 restaurantes uno cerca de la piscina , el otro cerca de la recepción! Luego también hay restaurantes para reservar pero no los probamos. En definitiva nos encantó!!
