Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly staff, great animation team, good food & drink choices.

Pros: Very happy & friendly staff, good variety of food options available, ideal location, good entertainment, exceptional cleanliness, good choice of drinks.

Cons: No lifts to top floor for people with mobility issues, abit chaotic in dining areas, a lot of flies in outside eating areas (maybe provide table fans?), Sports Bar not showing English premier league live football matches is poor especially when german/italian/Spanish games are shown. Some sun loungers very uncomfortable and need replacing.

Coming home a lot lighter on my feet!!

Pros: The staff were fantastic at maintaining facilities across the resort. Nice food and a lively experience around the pool during the day.

Cons: I like all my meals to be brought to me so I don't have to get up and go for it there should be more provision for staff serving guests.

Pros: Bardzo ogromny wybór dań, nie ma monotonni. Każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie, do tego dostepne w dwóch restauracjach jednocześnie. Obsługa bardzo bardzo uprzejma i miła. W pokoju, jak i w obiekcie czysto, baseny czyste, woda ciepła. W barach nielimitowane napoje oraz dodatkowo mini bar w pokoju z puszkami napojów oraz alkoholu dla koneserów, kawa i różnego rodzaju herbaty oraz woda. Leżaki w obiekcie oraz na plaży bezpłatne- hotel udostępnia ręczniki. Jest na prawdę wszystko, co potrzeba.

Cons: Krewetki mogłyby być już oczyszczone z jelita.

Pros: Tem muita variedade de opções de escolha em todos os restaurantes e os alimentos bem apresentados e sempre a serem repostos A simpatia dos funcionários das salas e das mesas colocadas no exterior Os funcionários que me atenderam na receção, nomeadamente o Sr. Remilson e o Sr. Claudio

Gepflegtes Hotel mit super gutem Essen und freundlichem Personal. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Pros: Das Essen war jeden Tag hervorragend. Das Personal durchwegs freundlich und aufgestellt. Da man das Essen vom Buffet selber holen muss, gab es manchmal ein Gedränge an den Buffets. Hat uns aber nicht gestört und gehört bei all inclusive einfach dazu. Der Strand war sehr schön das Meer lud zum Baden. Auch die verschiedenen Restaurants und Baren für den Hunger und Durst zwischendurch, waren bei uns sehr willkommen. Wir haben auch vom Spa div. Angebote genutzt.

Cons: Im Spa dürfte der Empfang etwas freundlicher sein. Die Matratzen in unserem Zimmer waren für uns zu weich.
