Good food, tired hotel

Pros: The food was great and good variety. The beach was nice. The room was quiet and good size

Cons: The screaming children by the pool. The dated rooms. The insane volume of mosquitoes.

Pros: The resort was great Lots to do. Buffet was decent. Restaurant was nice. Pool was clean.

Cons: Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

Pros: The hotel itself is not bad, definitely not 5 stars, but considering that it is Africa and that in the island there are only few normal streets, but the rooms are really in bad condition, they have to renovate it. The food was good, you can always find something to eat, the drinks were poor, cheap wine and beer, but the sea and the beach were wonderful, so if you are not looking something luxury it will be ok.

Pros: Great hotel, nice food in the Espargos restaurant and mambana for lunch , entertainment fantastic, staff great, pools clean. Water park great for the kids. Loved the Africa theme.

Cons: Cigarette butts on the beach. I wish they'd make the beach non-smoking. I didn't think much of the mandalay or mambana steakhouse even restaurants, also they need to explain what happens at these restaurants a bit better as we were sat waiting for quite a while with hungry children for table service for the entire restaurant who all sat down at once. Didn't eat at the Kulinarium so can't comment on that. Some areas a little tired, like the main reception toilets.

Pros: Wonderful, kind Team Members! Mirela at the front desk was lovely :) Thank You for all gentleman at the slide parc, they were really kind, and kept the safety so much! Every team-Member were very kind and polite. It was great to see the main-restaurant ladies’ smile every Time. Congratulation for the Hotel Diector and the management getting such amazing team here.Thanks a lot.

Very good value for money.

Pros: The breakfast was very good. I just was disappointed that there were no tropical fruits such as papaya or mango.

Cons: It was really crowded although everything worked well and was organized.

Great hotel - good service but very popular

Pros: Clean hotel and helpful staff. Location is great. Hotel app was very handy. Requests via the app were dealt with - thank you.

Cons: Crowded and beverages are of very low quality.

Pros: C'est etait des vacances magiques,c'est vraiment une bonnes destination pour um bom répo .

Pros: Le personnel est incroyable, super sympat, toujours souriant et serviable Tout était très propre et constamment en train de nettoyer les espaces communs les piscines sont très bien et on a accès au parc aquatique du Riu Palace super cool pour les enfant La nourriture est très bonne et super variée à tous les repas, plusieurs espaces de nourriture de snack tout au long de la journée, il y a 3 restaurants à thème qui sont vite pleins malheureusement, on n'a pas pu tester les chambres sont spatieuses avec balcon, le wc est séparé de la douche qui est très grande et double vasque ainsi qu'un dressing, mini bar dans la chambre , selon la chambre vue sur mer les animations sont sympas et toujours autour de la piscine principale l'hôtel est très sécurisé même si on ne s'est jamais senti en danger la place est proche des vacances incroyables et tout était très bien... MERCI

Cons: Plusieurs chaises longues sont habimées, il serait temps de les changer un petit rafraichissement au niveau des chambres serait nécessaire, principalement les peintures et le bois un peut détérioré le café n'est pas terrible

Pros: La posizione e la spiaggia stipemda. L'organizzazione e la pulizia. I ristoranti tematici.

Cons: Poca animazione e ovviamente il caffè 😅
