Pros: Location is a plus. This is next to main street without the noise of it. The apartment is well mantain. marco communication is great. Bathroom is big and overall apartment can fit 4 people. Big fridge

Cons: There is nothing really negative but some points which i highlight as they could impact some people experience. Currently a building development is being done just in fornt of the apartment. So at 8am you will hear noise. If you stay around you will notice that all Santa maria is hear construction builders will be easy in any street. Dark entrance on the alley. This and the noise in front is actually the only thing i did not like it and impacted my stay. All the rest Maybe i did not read in the booking details but a deposit was requested which cathed me on surprise. I did not mind and everything went fine but be prepared. Building entrance could have some renovation paiting. This is a 1st floor and as most of the buildings no elevator. For the price i defenitely would stay again
